System Ceramics Chosen for New Tile Installation in Iran
The new ceramic tile production division of Atlas Mehriz has recently begun operation in Iran.
The new Iranian tile manufacturer has relied on the competence and plant design know-how of System Ceramics (Fiorano, MO, Italy) for the start-up of its new line for producing about 10,000 m2/day of single-fired floor tile in the zone of Yadz.
The supply consists of a kiln outlet unit and five Robofloor loading/unloading machines produced by Nuova Era, two Easy Line F50/V60 sorting lines, along with two 9-pallet Falcon Millennium palletisers and nine S4.2 model Rotocolor heads. Material handling is entrusted to the LGV laser-guided system, also supplied by System Ceramics.
The Italian company commented that the Iranian market, which has always been crucial in the development of System, continues to believe and invest in the products of the company based in Fiorano Modenese.
