Pavlodar Region Increases Production of Construction Materials
The Pavlodar Regional Administration in Kazakhstan reports that the construction industry and production of construction materials is being further developed in the region.
Today around 30 enterprises produce construction materials in Pavlodar. These companies manufacture metalware and steel, roofing and paint/lacquer materials, plastic frames and doors.
Recently announced, a new plant owned by LP HAGI-Pavlodar has been put into operation, going onstream in May. It will produce 70 million clay bricks a year using German manufacturing technology.
Also, a plant for the production of three million bricks will be brought into service by the end of the year in the Lebyazhye area. Brickmaking plants in May and Bayanaul areas are also under construction.
The General Manager of the Stalmontazh company, Alexander Terentyev, considers that in the region there is a lack of dry mixes, wall panels and facing tiles. In the territory of the region, it is reported that over 100 explored raw material fields could be used for further development of the construction industry.
