Refractory Seminar in US
Thermal Ceramics North America recently held a two-day workshop, ‘Fiber and Refractory Basics’, in Augusta, Georgia, USA for its dealers, contractors and new employees from across the country. The workshop covered product review, new product development and installation demonstrations. The open format allowed for much discussion and opportunity for Thermal Ceramics to gain insight and feedback from the customers on the products and installation techniques.
Steve Chernack, Manager Applications Engineering Thermal Ceramics North America, said: “This is not just an opportunity for our customers, but an opportunity for Thermal Ceramics to learn what is happening in the field installations, what our customers think about the product, and open dialogue of installation methods. Even in today’s fast paced e-society the best way to impart and exchange valuable knowledge is through face-to-face technical discussions”.
