Retail Products Testing

Through our UKAS ISO 17025:2005 accredited laboratories in Stoke-on-Trent and approved laboratories in Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China, we are able to offer full product testing of ceramics, glassware, vitreous enamels, candles, plastics, acrylics, melamines, wood and metal.

Testing is usually carried out to the BSI Publicly Available Specification PAS54:2003 or alternatively to consumers own internal specifications for ceramics and glassware.
All testing can be carried out to British, European or International standards and where applicable to our own internal industry accepted standards. Whatever the specification, the testing is to the highest standards using transparent, traceable, calibrated approaches by highly qualified and experienced technical staff.

We are also able to offer retailers, trading standards offices and consumers help in trying to understand why products may fail in service and at the same time look to assist manufacturers in the assessment of finished products thus helping them to ensure compliance with their customers requirements.
