After a degree in Zoology, Liz went on to study an MSc in Managing the Environment at Aberystwyth University, specialising in Environmental Sustainability.
During her Masters, Liz took a particular interest in waste management, undertaking a project that investigated the viability of anaerobic digestion as the primary method of waste management in Wales. She also became interested in the use of sustainable building materials in construction.
At Ceram, Liz is helping to define our offerings in the area of sustainability, from sourcing and recycling to reuse and reduction, with the aim of having pragmatic and practical applications for existing and new industries.
