Angels holds a MSc and PhD in Chemistry from Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, and also has three and a half years experience as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
After spending 8 years working on different research projects, involving synthesis and characterization of polymeric membranes for liquid and gas separations, Angels has joined Ceram as technical consultant. She specialises in investigating new business opportunities and applications for controlled release technologies and also in searching for new methodologies for assessing volatile organic compounds emissions based on Ceram's current and future capabilities.
Angels is co-author of 16 articles, 2 patents and one book chapter and is a member of the European Membrane Society (EMS).
