Jacuzzi Brands Names Thomas Waldin Chairman of the Board
Jacuzzi Brands Inc (West Palm Beach, FL, USA) has announced that the company's Board of Directors has
elected Thomas Waldin as Chairman of the Board effective 1 October 2006.Mr Waldin has served as a director of the company since February 2003. He will succeed David Clarke, who, as previously announced, will retire as Chairman of the Board effective 30 September 2006.
Jacuzzi Brands Inc, through its subsidiaries, is a global manufacturer and distributor of branded bath and plumbing products for the residential, commercial and institutional markets.
