Dust-free dischargers are ideal for ceramics processing
Spiroflow manufacture a range of bulk bag dischargers ideal for use in the ceramics industry where dust and consistent flow is an ongoing problem.
The standard discharger not only handles the relatively light materials for porcelain manufacture but also heavy industrial ceramics used in plants producing materials for high temperature processes. It will discharge without producing dust or spillage and without residue left in the bag. The unit can then convey the material to process by whatever conveying method is appropriate to the handling properties, throughput rate, length of conveyor, and angle of lift, be it a Spiroflow flexible screw, aero-mechanical or vacuum conveyor.
Spiroflow's range also includes loss-in-weight dischargers, low profile models for restricted height areas and units with integral hoists. Optional equipment includes massagers to assist flow, integral sieves, spout and liner control features and mobile frames. Multipurpose sack and rigid bin emptiers are also available.
