Change in RHI Shareholder Structure
RHI AG (Vienna, Austria) - the parent company of RHI Refractories - has announced that August Francois von Finck of Switzerland has reduced his stake in RHI AG from somewhere below 10% to less than 5%.
RHI's free float has now increased to above 90% and supports the increasing and high liquidity of RHI shares in the prime index ATX of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
