Redemption Claim Concerning Shares in Sanitec
Pool Acquisition Helsinki Oy, a company ultimately owned by BC Partners'
investment funds, has earlier informed that it will initiate proceedings
pursuant to the Finnish Companies Act to redeem all outstanding shares in
Sanitec.As part of this process, the Board of Arbitration of the Central Chamber of
Commerce of Finland has appointed an Arbitral Tribunal to handle Pool
Acquisition's claim to redeem all remaining shares from the other
shareholders and the redemption price of the shares. Professor Raimo
Immonen was appointed Chairman and Pekka Timonen and Jyrki Tahtinen were
appointed members.
