Divisional MBO at New Castle Refractories
New Castle Refractories Company (New Castle, PA, USA) has been sold to a group of division management in a divestiture move by Dixon Ticonderoga Co (Heathrow, FL, USA). This was the last of the industrial subsidiaries to be disposed of by Dixon Ticonderoga - itself probably best known as a major pencil maker - and is thought to have brought in a total of around US$3.5 million.
