Jesse Shirley Talks Body Chemistry
'Body Chemistry for Fine Bone China' is a brand new, high quality, four-colour brochure from Jesse Shirley & Son Ltd (Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent, England). Accompanied by around 20 colour photographs, the text begins with a little history covering the production and use of calcined bone ash for ceramic manufacturing, an area in which the company has a tradition dating back more than 180 years.
The brochure reveals Jesse Shirley's many investments in modern, purpose-built plant for the production of prepared bone china bodies as well as fully equipped laboratory and pilot plant. The company also has a spray dryer plant, enabling it to meet the granulate requirements of companies involved in the isostatic pressing of flatware.
