EOI Hetherington Secures Chinese Sintering Order

Industrial Heating (www.industrialheating.com) reports that EOI Hetherington (Santa Barbara, CA, USA) - a manufacturer of high temperature, high vacuum processing systems - has shipped a Model B9000 Rincon furnace to Fujian Huaqing Electronic Materials Technology Co Ltd, a company based in Jinjiang in China.

The Chinese producer will use the furnace, which is rated to an operating temperature of 2050C, to sinter aluminium nitride substrates used in high performance electronics.
