Rapid and Lean Product Development Courses
Smallpeice Enterprises Ltd (Leamington Spa, Warks, England) has announced that US-based Don Reinertsen will again be working exclusively with its clients on high impact events that enable manufacturers to gain crucial insights into the latest thinking on product development.
'Rapid Product Development Techniques' is a workshop that takes place over 4-5 November 2004 and provides a detailed and practical perspective on Reinertsen's proven approach to rapid product development. The course will introduce many new rules and tools for applying to the critical time-to-market challenge and includes group exercises and case studies to highlight the learning points.
'Lean Product Development' is a one-day conference being held on 3 November 2004 and is a session focussing on how lean product development techniques can increase the flexibility of the product development process. It will also reveal how to apply several important lean tools to the product development process.
