Ceramika Paradyz Inaugurates New Line

An all-new Sacmi supplied production line has been inaugurated at the Tomaszow Mazowiecki (Poland) plant owned by leading tile maker Ceramika Paradyz Sp. z o.o.

The plant - said to be one of Europe's most modern - is equipped with three 111.3m-long FMS255 kilns, each preceded by 10.5m JMS255 pre-kilns, specially set up for the production of large size monoporosa. The plant also features five PH3020 presses, characterised by a high stroke rate and inter-column clearance of 2250mm.

Tile sizes start at 250mm x 330mm and 250mm x 400mm (both pressed seven cavities at a time thanks to the width of the press and the vertical dryer) and go all the way up to 999mm x 333mm.

Those invited to the inauguration of the plant, the company's fifth, were also able to enjoy the presentation of a new showroom; architecturally modern, this new facility displays the entire production range of the Paradyz group, from mosaic to monoporosa, from clinker to technical granito and also glazed items.
