Australian Brickmaker Introduces Electronic Ordering
Austral Brick Co Pty Ltd has introduced its latest innovation for
customers - named E-Brick - a one-click solution for all ordering, account
keeping and delivery needs. Designed to improve the speed and efficiency of
business, the system is said to be simple to use, secure and one which
operates in real time.Order can be placed very easily, are updated instantly and are entered
directly into Austral's database, increasing the accuracy and availability
of information to the client. Every order placed is confirmed via fax or
e-mail. Customers can view the status of their accounts at any time -
including previous transactions - and even search for a specific order via
their order number.Austral says that the E-Brick system is completely secure, with each
customer being provided with their own personal access code and password.
Multiple codes and passwords can be set up to allow for various access on
each account.Assistance is always on hand, with help text available at the top of every
screen, plus direct links to Austral staff for any queries that customers
may have.
