Winchester Tile Co Launches New Range
Winchester Tile Co, a member of the Stovax Group (Exeter, Devon, England) has launched a new wall tile collection designated the Residence range.
These are hand glazed tiles on a rustic base which have been designed to work with today’s modern interiors, be that traditionally classic or understated contemporary.
Announcing the launch, the company said: “Current and incoming trends in colour and tone have been researched and incorporated into this distinctively varied yet subtle collection, thereby easing the process of blending furnishings and fabrics within the home.
“Whether used within a blend of melanges, or as a single stand alone colour or tone, the gently undulating surface of these uniquely crafted tiles will fit seamlessly into a simple country cottage or a stylish urban loft.”
The new collection comprises: Metropolitan, featuring iridescent, lustre finish tiles which refract light; Cosmopolitan, described as “richly opulent…a warm and lively palette of colours”; Arcadian, chalky and soft, featuring classical neutral tiles in a crackle glaze finish; and Decorative, offering illustrative tiles with subjects such as palms, fish, fruit, game birds, urns and classical columns, all designed to complement the Residence colour ranges.
