Tecnargilla Reports Small Increase in Visitor Figures
FieraRimini SpA, the organiser of Tecnargilla, said that the total visitor attendance figure for this year's exhibition was 30,820 with increases registered among both home and overseas attendees.
The 20th Tecnargilla closed its doors on 2 October 2006 and the organising company said afterwards that the five day event had confirmed its role as the largest and most important exhibition of technologies for the ceramic industry.
The visitor figure represented an increase of 1.9% over the previous exhibition, which took place in 2004. The number of Italian visitors increased by 2.4% to stand at 19,747 while the overseas figure rose by 1% to 11,073.Amongst the exhibitors, non-Italian companies accounted for 37% of the total.
The next Tecnargilla will take place in Rimini in 2008.
