Tata Refractories Headline Figures
In 2000/2001 Tata Refractories increased production, overall sales and export sales, although turnover value was down.
Annual turnover for the year was INR 23.8 billion, down from INR 24.6 billion in 1999/2000. Export sales were well up, from INR 2.01 billion in 1999/2000 to INR 2.66 billion this time round.
Overall production for the year amounted to 108,388 Mt, up from 105,575 Mt last year. Sales tonnage for 2000/2001 was 104,246 Mt, up from 101,985 Mt last year.
