Rapid and Lean Product Development Workshops
Smallpeice Enterprises Ltd (Leamington Spa, Warks, England) has announced that US-based Don Reinertsen will again be working with its clients on two events next month aimed at enabling manufacturers to gain crucial insights into the latest thinking on product development.
The first is a two-day workshop over 1-2 November 2005 entitled 'Rapid Product Development Techniques'. This provides a detailed and practical perspective on Reinertsen's approach to Rapid Product Development. It will introduce many new rules and tools for applying to the critical time-to-market challenge and includes group exercises and case studies to highlight the learning points.
The second event, a one-day event on 3 November 2005, is entitled 'Lean Product Development'. This session focusses on how lean product development techniques can increase the flexibility of the product development process and will reveal how to apply several important lean tools to the product development process.
