Morgan Advanced Ceramics to Highlight Anti-Wetting Surface Treatment at Medical Design & Manufacturing Show

Morgan Advanced Ceramics (MAC), a world-leading supplier of technically superior ceramic components and assemblies for the medical, telecommunications, semiconductor, aerospace and other industrial markets, will feature a range of ceramic solutions for medical applications at the Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) Show, Booth #444. This year's show will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, January 8-10, 2001.

MAC solutions highlighted at the show will include a new anti-wetting surface treatment that renders ceramic surfaces hydrophobic. Additionally, they will show ceramic to metal seals, and a range of metal in ceramic products. MAC engineers will explain how, by integrating ceramics, alloys and brazing capabilities, they can provide complete, fully tested assemblies with total material traceability. In addition, MAC will display product solutions used in blood separation, implantable feedthrus and surgery applications.
