Ferro Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend
Directors of Ferro Corporation (Cleveland, OH, USA) made an announcement on 29 September 2005 declaring a quarterly dividend of 14.5 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on 9 December 2005 to shareholders of record on 15 November 2005.
