Eclipse Acquires Industrial Burner Systems
Eclipse (Rockford, IL, USA) has announced that it has acquired Industrial Burner Systems (Walled Lake, MI, USA).
Effective immediately, Industrial Burner Systems will now operate under the name Eclipse Inc. The acquisition, said a spokesman, will allow Eclipse to offer application expertise and service to the industrial combustion market in Michigan, especially in the automotive industry.
