Pre-Registration for Ceramitec Higher Again

The heavy clay sector is once again confirming Ceramitec in Munich, Germany as its industry gathering. Already, one year before it starts, Ceramitec 2009, which takes place from 20-23 October next year in Munich, looks set to welcome a higher number of exhibitors. The number of registrations received so far, twelve months ahead of the fair, is higher than at the same point in the run-up to Ceramitec 2006.

This, say the organisers Messe München, is due not least to the fact that this 11th Trade Fair for Machinery, Equipment, Plant, Processes and Raw Materials for Ceramics and PM is positioned not only as the traditional meeting place for industry professionals, but as an innovations and networking platform for exhibitors and visitors. One of the main focuses of the event is heavy clay ceramics – exhibitors in this section of the fair have already confirmed, in the run-up to Ceramitec 2009, that this is their industry gathering.

Already at the last event this section was strongly supported by well known key players such as the Keyria Group (formerly Ceric Group), De Boer, Händle, Lingl and Bongioanni. For Ceramitec 2009, as things look now, it is expected that there will be an equally strong turn-out of exhibitors and therefore full coverage of the entire sector.

Ceramitec 2006 attracted 612 exhibitors from 42 countries and approximately 22,000 visitors from 106 countries.
