Ceradyne CEO States Optimism
Ceradyne Inc's Chairman and CEO Joel Moskowitz has expressed optimism about the strength of the business in a recent interview, held with Michael Wachs on CEOCast.com
He commented on a number of Ceradyne's increasing opportunities in ceramic armour, toward which the company had recently completed a US$4 million expansion of production capacity for lightweight body armour for military ground troops and diesel engine components.
He also referred to expectations for continued sales growth in the areas of ceramics for orthodontics and ceramic components for diesel engines as well as new applications of ceramic armour for military vehicles.
Ceradyne is a manufacturer of advanced technical ceramics for consumer, industrial, defence, satellite communications and automotive applications.
