Vacuum Processing System Shipped to China for AlN Sintering

Industrial Heating (www.industrialheating.com) reports that EOI Hetherington (Santa Barbara, CA, USA) has shipped a Model B9000 Rincon furnace to Fujian Huaqing Electronic Materials Technology Co Ltd in Jinjiang, China.

The furnace, rated to operational temperatures up to 2050°C, provides a controlled environment to meet conditions required for sintering aluminium nitride substrates used in high performance electronics.
