Ultra Fine Grinding Innovation

Cyclotec- a St. Petersburg , Russia based firm, developed an advanced milling chain based on a U.S patent from1889!

The key feature is a Planetary Centrifugal Mill (PCM). The 1.5 tones/hour prototype grinds super hard materials of ceramic & mineral origin to less the 5 micron (with 30% of the product at 1 micron), in a continuous action and to much less then micron in a periodic mode, says Cyclotec which is a part of Leotec group.

The smaller scale & mechanical activation leads to a variety of effects that dramatically change the properties of most materials, creating the opportunity for re-engineering existing products and engineering new products with unprecedented performance levels.

Manufacturers can now specify their precise compositions needs (raw materials). Precision manufacturing can really take place, with tremendous improvements in the final product.

Cyclotec sees major applications in milling ceramics, glass, refractories and etc, in multitude of applications as: catalysts, electronic devices, magnetic materials, pigments ,paints & coatings, metal alloying.
