Wienerberger's Hans Tschuden to Leave
Hans Tschuden has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Telekom Austria as of 1 April 2007 and will therefore resign from the Managing Board of Wienerberger AG (Vienna, Austria) as of 31 March 2007. His contract with Wienerberger would have extended up to May 2009.
Hans Tschuden has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Wienerberger since May 2001 and was last responsible for controlling, treasury, IT, human resources, corporate development and risk management as well as the Pipelife investment.
The Supervisory Board of Wienerberger AG is currently addressing the selection of a successor and will make a decision within the next few weeks.
