New ceramic section within Russia Building Week receives support from ACIMAC
ACIMAC, the Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment for Ceramics, in agreement with ITE, and with the approval of a large amount of companies will devote an entire hall exclusively to suppliers for the ceramic industry at Techno Ceramica, a new exhibition section within Russia Building Week. Techno Ceramica will take place April 6th – 9th 2004 at Expocentre and will cover a full range of technical products for the Ceramic Industry.
Mr. Paolo Gambuli, General Manager of ACIMAC says, "Acimac represents the Italian manufacturers of equipment and machinery for ceramics and among its tasks, a strategic role is the promotion of Italian technology all over the world. Russia is becoming more and more a very interesting market for our member companies. The Russian ceramic industry has been developing very fast in the last few years, which had lead to an increase of imports of state of the art technology from Italy, which is by far the most important ceramic machinery manufacturing country."
As tile sales increase, the Russian ceramic industry is responding by modernising its lines and increasing its production capacity.
Mr Gambuli adds, “The birth of a specific exhibition in Moscow, like Techno Ceramica 2004, dedicated to suppliers in the ceramic industry, was warmly welcomed by Acimac because it meets the interests of the Italian machinery manufacturing companies. Having Techno Ceramica apart of a greater exhibition like Russia Building Week, where all the most important Russian ceramic manufacturing companies are exhibiting (section Ceramic & Stone Moscow and Santechnika Moscow), represents a greater advantage for the Italian suppliers, since it grants more possibilities to meet both consolidated and potential clients”
Techno Ceramica will take place in Hall 4 of Expocentre.
