Treatment for Porcelain Ceramic Tile

Ease of use and a high degree of lasting protection are the main advantages of the combined cold Hi Coat Porcelain Ceramic Tiles treatment available from Ancora Group (Sassuolo, MO, Italy), a system which is able to clean and protect the surface of installed tiles, making them abrasion resistant and problem-free. It is an innovative system based on nanotechnologies, patented by the Hi Coat Coating System brand.

The Porcelain Ceramic Tiles line is designed for cleaning and protective treatment of polished or lapped porcelain tile. It consists of the products Cleaner & Activator, available in two versions for dark surfaces and light surfaces, and Protective, for subsequent deep protection treatment.

Cleaner & Activator in turn consist of two innovative products developed as a result of in-depth research in the field of nanotechnology applied to ceramics, specially designed to remove dirt and stains that are difficult to eliminate with normal cleaning products. Besides the cleaning action, they also serve to prepare the surfaces for the subsequent protection treatment. The product comes in the versions ‘Cleaner & Activator light surface’ and ‘Cleaner & Activator dark surface’.

Protective is a ready-to-use mixture of various active principles, designed to provide installed polished or lapped porcelain floor tiles with in-depth protection from stains and dirt. The applied product crystallises and penetrates into the surface micropores so as to seal them and protect them over time, preventing the formation of stains and dirt and guaranteeing very high long-term abrasion resistance.

Its solvent-free water-based formula makes it suitable for all indoor applications, including public and private buildings (schools, hospitals, shopping centres, restaurants and private homes). The treatment is simple to use and allows the floor to be walked on just 30 minutes after application.

Hi Coat Coating System was developed as a partnership between Ancora Group, world leader in the design and production of end-of-line plants for ceramic and third-party processing, and the German chemicals firm Nano Quadrat.
