New High Tech Tile Production Line

The new high tech plant now in the process of being supplied by Sacmi to the
Modena, Italy based Florim ceramic group - a leading company in the field of
residential, industrial and public building ceramics - will become operative
in January 2005.

This important new plant, which is being installed in the group's main
Spezzano complex, consists of a cutting edge large tile production line
featuring four of the latest PH 6200 presses. These have an inter-column
clearance of 2450mm and achieve 15 cycles per minute. They come complete
with linear filler box and an all-new clearance compatible EVA 984 dryer.

The production line is completed by two single-layer FMS 223 series 123.9
metre-long kilns.
