Ceramic Nanopowder Venture Launched in China
'China's Refractories' reports that Shanxi Taihe Science and Technology Holding Company has signed a contract with Triglobal Capital Management Corp, an American concern, to jointly launch a nanopowder project in terms of technology, capital and management.
The production line will be dedicated to producing nanopowders of titanate, zirconia, boron nitride and electronic ceramic materials etc, which are in great demand in the international market as raw materials or coatings for high-tech products.
The project is expected to come to fruition in June 2006 and according to the recent report will become the largest such production base in the world. The annual product value is expected to be RMB 1 billion yuan.
