Modulus Measurement Course
NPL will be running a modulus measurement course at its centre in Teddington
(Middlesex, England) on Thursday 21 November.Accurate measurement of modulus is vital for many aspects of materials
development, testing and design. Currently, there are a number of different
techniques available. The course will provide an overview of the different
test methods applicable to a wide range of materials, including ceramics,
metals, plastics, composites, thin films, coatings, adhesives, oils,
rubbers, fluids and viscoelastic materials.Many of the practical issues associated with the tests will be covered, with
detailed recommendations from some of the UK's leading experts on modulus
measurement.The cost is 150 plus VAT, which includes lunch and refreshments and a copy
