Keros Receives OHSAS 18001 Certification
By complying with North American Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards, it has been announced that Keros Ceramica SA (Nules, Castellon, Spain) is the first tile company to be awarded OHSAS 18001 certification.
Additionally, Keros is set to invest €7.21 million in a new porcelain stoneware tile production line that is expected to be operational at the beginning of 2004. The company projects that the new line will boost its current tile output of 16 million square feet by 50%.
