IOM3 Whitewares Asks "What's New?"

The Whitewares Committee of the Ceramic Industry Division of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IOM3) will hold its AGM and Autumn Technical Meeting at the North Staffordshire Medical Institute, Hartshill, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, England on 6 November 2003.

The programme of presentations on this year's theme - 'What's New?' - will include speakers from Zschimmer & Schwartz, Honeywell, SAMA Maschinenbau, Dorst Compacting, ABB, Drayton Beaumont Kilns, American Standard Europe, Ceramic Industry Forum and H&R Johnson Tiles.

Conference costs (including tea, coffee and buffet lunch) are 85 for IOM3 members, 105 for non-members and 35 for students, under-35s, technicians, retired and unemployed persons. There are discounts available for companies sending more than one delegate.

The organisers said that they were very keen to attract technicians and younger people to this event and hence the preferential attendance rates for these potential delegates.
