Pressure Instrumentation Advance from Endress+Hauser

The recent development of Cerabar S and Deltabar S by Endress+Hauser is said represents a decisive leap in pressure instrumentation, making it better and safer for the process industries. The new products are based on the knowledge, commitment and experience of Endress+Hauser employees and customer feedback.

Endress+Hauser's Cerabar S and Deltabar S are claimed to lead the way in
higher specification pressure measurement with a comprehensive safety package and intelligent user-friendly operating concept.

The integrated HistoROM®/M-DAT memory chip enables the acquisition, backup and display of important process data and allows identical configuration of other pressure devices within the evolution range. It also offers diagnostics including user-defined limits and alarms, additional process information, simulation and performance analysis.

The Ceraphire® 99.9% pure ceramic cell is unique. Its mechanical strength provides long-term stability with almost zero creep and hysteresis. It is highly resistant to abrasion and pulsating pressure. Vacuum and corrosion-resistance are considerably improved to promote long sensor life.

Robust dual-chambered housing and secondary containment provides additional safety. Cerabar S and Deltabar S are designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC61508/SIL (Safety Integrity Level).

The Quick Set-up menu guides you speedily and reliably through configuration and commissioning. Depending on the application, the user simply selects pressure, level or flow using the high integrity graphic matrix display.

Three pushbuttons allow easy, safe and quick commissioning - full functionality at the user's fingertips. The push button recess guarantees protection against contamination and moisture ingress into the main housing.

The display is accessible from all angles, as the housing mechanism allows rotation through 360°.
