Full Demo Version of Size Analysis Software Now on Internet
EasySieve(r), a modern software solution for particle size analysis, is now available in version 2.0. This version is not only compatible with the AS 200 control sieve shaker but also with the AS 300 control and AS 400 control. EasySieve 'comfort' now allows the incorporation of the customer's logo into the protocols.
The demo version can be downloaded free of charge from the Retsch GmbH website (www.retsch.de). The demo offers all the functions with the restriction that only five evaluations can be stored. When installing the software, one can choose between 'standard' and 'comfort' versions. Retsch is offering this service to provide for easy and quick testing of the software for an indefinite period.
The company says that the proven benefits of the software facilitate the evaluation process and produce exact results, presented in a concise way. The programme communicates directly with the connected analytical scale and sieve shaker. Pre-selected parameters, such as sieving time, sieve movement and amplitude, are PC controlled. As a result, the parameters only have to be entered once. For all subsequent analysis procedures, EasySieve automatically takes over the transfer of data to connected machines, the data administration and the control of all devices.
After completion of the sieve analysis process, the programme automatically determines fractions by weight difference and converts the data into particle size distribution. All data is immediately available for further processing.
