Double Quality Mark for System Group
System SpA (Fiorano Modenese, MO, Italy) has obtained the ACIMAC QUALITY MARK, product mark promoted by ACIMAC and released by the certifying, check and survey organisation TÜV Italia. This certification is for two different equipment and divisions of the company. The certification proving the quality of Italian technology in the manufacturing of machines for ceramics will be given to ROTOCOLOR S5 Universal by System Ceramics and REDLINE (planarity control device) designed by System Electronics.
In addition to the warranty extension on the product for 18 months, the mark also certifies some special machine performance (product safety, product technical parameters, supply of spare parts, finished product check procedure, qualified and timely after-sales service, product final commissioning), as well as special company requirements.
All the requisites envisaged to get the quality mark are checked and proved by TÜV Italia, a company belonging to TÜV Sud group, major international certification organisation. As for ROTOCOLOR, the rotary decoration machine most often found in the ceramic sector, the granting of the mark proves the exclusive performance of the machine, determining some testing standards for the colour and roller type. Making performance tests according to the standards with TÜV inspectors, a repetition precision of a ±0.1mm and a proven printing speed of 65±1 m/min have been certified.
The strict inspection procedures aimed at confirming the compliance with the set requisites made it possible for System Electronics to determine a standard - in cooperation with ACIMAC - to make precision tests for all planarity control machines requiring the granting of the concerned mark.
