Cevisama Exhibitors Say Less is More: Booked Spaces are Smaller, but Presence is a Must
Organizers of the 27th annual Cevisama exhibition, set to take place February 10-13 in Valencia, Spain, say more than 80% of the space has already been booked.
“The global economic situation is reflected in a 12% reduction in the space that ceramic tile exhibitors have booked at CEVISAMA. The contraction is due largely to companies taking less space rather than to a reduction in the number of exhibitors,” noted organizers.
To date, more than 350 major buyers from all over the world have confirmed that they will be attending.
At the upcoming show, Cevisama will again promote the use of ceramic tile in architecture and interior design with Trans/hitos, the display of trends in ceramic tiles staged by Alicer. Themed as “Redes” (“Networks”) for the 2009 show, Trans/hitos has become a point of reference for the leading edge of Spain’s ceramic tile industry, according to Cevisama organizers.
