ZhengZhou ANNEC Established in Refractories Sector
ZhengZhou ANNEC Industrial Co Ltd is a new joint venture enterprise organised by Hong Kong's Chaojun Group, Beijing General Institute of Iron & Steel Design & Research, Tang Shan Ganglu Iron & Steel Co and ZhengZhou Yuhua Refractory Product Co. The enterprise benefits both from the technology support of the Beijing Institute and the management and investment of the Chaojun Group, as well as ZhengZhou Yuhua's market experience.
The enterprise, relying on scientific management and technological innovation, concentrates of developing refractory products for the metallurgical, building material, electrical power industries and so on.
ZhengZhou ANNEC is located in the Technological Industry Area of Xinmi City, 10km west of No 107 National Highway, west of ZhengZhou Airport. With fixed assets of 48 million RMB yuan, it covers an area of 79,000 sq.m. comprising three production subsidiaries and one technical centre.
There are 279 various pieces of production equipment, including one 136-metre high temperature tunnel kiln, 10 shuttle kilns (coal gas), three reverse flame kilns, 16 twin type presses, one large pre-assembly platform, advanced electronic mixing and first-class automatic measuring, inspection, packing and mould processing systems. Annual production capacity is 100,000 tons, comprised of 40,000 of acid material and 60,000 tons of neutral and basic material.
