Texture Analysis and Viscometry Catalogue
Brookfield Viscometers Ltd has launched a new product catalogue. Following the introduction of its own manufactured range of texture analysers, the new Brookfield Catalogue features a wide range of instruments and accessories for both flow measurement and texture analysis.
Brookfield said that the catalogue was a must-read for anyone involved in product development or quality control and it included proven, cost effective and reliable solutions to fluid and soft solid measurement requirements.
For flow measurements, products range from simple, low cost instruments such as the DV-I Viscometer to specialist RS Cone & Plate Viscometers to what the company describes as the ultimate programmable rheometer - the DV-III.
For texture analysis, there is a choice of the LFRA and QTS-25 analysers. Both instruments are said to offer accurate determination of texture characteristics across a wide range of materials at an affordable price.
