System SpA Consolidates Presence in German Market and at Home
The German producer Kerateam (Leisnig) has recently confirmed the System SpA technology in its selection department by deciding to buy an F50/V60 selecting line to act as a replacement for a previous selecting line that was also supplied by the Italian company.
The technology expressed by System machines, their reliability and the high level of service always provided in the German market, have made Kerateam confirm System SpA as a company able to follow the evolution of the client’s needs step-by-step.
Additionally, System and the manufacturer Cerdomus Ceramiche (Castelbolognese, RA, Italy) have recently completed an important project aimed at increasing the efficiency of all the selecting departments of the well-known manufacturer of ceramic materials.
For this project, System has made a great re-engineering effort for the product’s selecting and storage processes through a series of measures that have led both to the sale of new machines and to the conversion of the department in question.
The great investment that the customer has entrusted to System, regardless of the non-favourable conditions of the market, is certainly seen as a sign of how, even in times like these, professionalism and the ability to answer the client’s needs promptly remain the key factors of a success.
With reference to this contract, it comprises a new selecting line, Easy Line F50/V60, to replace a previous selecting line by another manufacturer, combined with a Falcon Millennium palletiser. In addition to this one, there are five Robofloor load/unload machines produced by Nuova Era, demonstrating the possible synergies of System and Nuova Era products, in order to provide the client with a more and more complete range with turnkey solutions. The other part of the work consists of an important update of the LGV system, dedicated, in this case, to fired material leading Cerdomus to revise and improve the process of logistics management of the materials intended for the different types of processing.
