Russia Building Week Pronounced a Success
ITE Group said that its Russia Building Week, held from 10-13 April 2001 proved again to be the leading international building, construction and interiors exhibition within Russia and the CIS. The week incorporates 9 specialised exhibitions, including Ceramic & Stone Moscow, Batimat Mosbuild, Santechnika Moscow and Interiors Moscow.
This year's event witnessed over 60,000 trade visitors coming to do business both in a domestic and international capacity with over 1,000 exhibitors; a record number for the exhibition.
Best Stand winners in Ceramic & Stone and Santechnika were Kerama Centr and Mobilario Royo, while Most Original Stand Construction was awarded to Ideal Standard.
Russia Building Week was officially opened by Mr Krouglik (Chairman of Gosstroy), Mr Gnedovskiy (Chairman of the Union of Architects), Alex Bernstein (Executive Director of ITE), the Director of the Krasnaya Expo Centre and the Polish Minister of Construction.
It will next take place from 9-12 April 2002, again at the Krasnaya Presnya Expo Centre in Moscow.
