Tips on Materials Testing Software

Materials testing specialist Lloyd Instruments Ltd (Fareham, Hants, England) is now including useful operator notes on ways to get the most out of its new NEXYGENTM MT materials testing control software. The latest version
of this software, with its vast test library, is already making an impact due to its powerful security and data audit tracking features, video capture and playback and extended instrument interfaces, reports the company.

The operator notes include ways of creating monthly analysis reports in Microsoft® Excel®; how to enhance reports using Microsoft® Word®; and ways of enhancing graph analysis and creating special pass/fail features for users of the company's special OndioTM application builder programme.

Lloyd Instruments sees the inclusion of these notes as an additional service provision to help customers maximise the software's effectiveness, with additional tips on formatting analysis and reporting capabilities to suit individual needs.
