Lamina Ceramics Rounds Off Management Team

Lamina Ceramics (Princeton, NJ, USA) has just announced that it has appointed Jay Titus as Vice President of Sales and Michael Marie as Vice President of Operations. Addition of the two executives effectively completes Lamina's executive team and lays the basis for a full manufacturing and shipment launch by Autumn 2002.

Jay Titus has 30 years' experience in sales and marketing and most recently served as Dataram Corp's Vice President of Business Development and OEM Division, a group he started.

Michael Marie has built a 17-year career in engineering and manufacturing, with an emphasis on the electronic ceramics industry. Most recently, he was Vice President, Operations with EMC Technology.

Lamina Ceramics employs proprietary technology to bond unfired ceramic to metal for use in communication and electronic components and packaging. The technique it offers component designers is known as LTCC-M, or Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramics on Metal.
