KEMET Announces Resignation of EVP/CFO

KEMET Corporation (Greenville, SC, USA) has announced that David Gable, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is resigning to pursue other interests. Mr Gable joined KEMET in 1998 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2003.

While a search for his successor will be initiated immediately, David Gable has agreed to remain with the company until that search has been concluded to ensure an orderly transition occurs and to finalise all fiscal year-end reporting activities.
