Ceramitec: Innovation and Technology for Tableware
The latest products from Riedhammer and Sama are to be exhibited at Ceramitec in Munich (16-19 May 2006), featuring what the companies have labelled as 'outstanding innovation and technology for tableware'.
Riedhammer and Sama - technological partners in the forming, glazing, robotised finishing and up-to-the-minute firing systems - will proudly be displaying their tableware know-how finalised to the realisation of integrated production systems, to the development of automated solutions and to the assistance for turnkey plants.
Stand 303-502 in Hall B6 will house the latest system jointly developed by Riedhammer and Sama (the former a specialist kiln producer, the latter a leading company in the tableware manufacturing equipment market) and Gaiotto, a company based in Vaiano Cremasco, Italy, which specialises in automation, handling and in the design and construction of robotised plants.
The new automated tableware production system covers every single stage of
production: the forming of special pieces with an up-to-the-minute isostatic casting press and with robotised finishing, the automatic transfer, the storage, the biscuit firing in a fast roller kiln, the dip glazing and a cutting edge robotised system for the kiln truck loading.www.riedhammer.com
