Universe Ceramics Liquidation
All the machinery and equipment from Universe Ceramics Inc - a company located approximately 30 miles from Los Angeles, CA, USA - is up for sale due to the factory closing.
The manufacturing operations have stopped at this manufacturer of ceramic tableware and giftware. Operations included ceramic body preparation, ram pressing, flatware and holloware jiggering, slipcasting and mould making.
All machinery is offered for sale by the broker and liquidator Mohr Corp (Brighton, MI, USA) in its entirety for a single buyer until 1 June 2003. If not sold to a single buyer by that date, all machinery and equipment will be sold individually.
Arrangements are being made for removal contractors and freight forwarders who can remove, load and transport this machinery to any place in the world for reinstallation and use.
Mohr Corp said that offering prices were very low to ensure sale and removal by or around 1 July 2003.
