New Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Jya-Nay Co Ltd (Taoyuan, Taiwan) is now offering its high voltage ceramic disc capacitors with ratings from 3kVdc to 7lVdc. The devices have a capacitance rating of 2pF to 470pF and are said to be suited to high frequency applications
The capacitors comply with RoHS requirements and feature low loss and stability, adds Jya-Nay. Featuring flame retardant epoxy resin coating, the devices operate within the minus 25°C to plus 125°C temperature range.
Headquartered in Chung Li in Taoyuan, Jya-Nay operates three factories in mainland China - in Nanjing (Jiangsu Province), Fuzhou (Fujian Province) and Dongguan (Guangdong Province). Each of the three factories covers some 8,500 sq.m. and in total they employ some 640 people.
