Materials Australia and Austceram Combine

Materials Australia and the Australian Ceramic Society (ACS) is inviting participants to attend their combined biennial international conference, Materials and Austceram 2007, to be held in Sydney, NSW from 4–6 July 2007.

This event is Australia's largest interdisciplinary technical meeting for the communication of the latest advances in materials science, engineering and technology. It is a meeting place for researchers, academics and industry practitioners, originating from many disciplines and sectors.

Materials and Austceram 2007 is also described as an opportunity to showcase innovation, practical application and cutting edge research and to network, share ideas and interact with colleagues.

Strong communication links are essential across an increasingly interdisciplinary Materials community and the shared vision of Materials Australia and the ACS is for the biennial Materials and Austceram Conferences to become known as Australia's premier domestic, interdisciplinary materials event.
